Even when I was using Android in 2015 I relied completely on this app. Though there are newer apps in the market for photo editing PicsArt is a completely different app. As you can see in the above picture it has capabilities to create double exposure images which many apps cannot, not only that it has a variety of pre-installed filters and presets to make your photo more attractive it also has its own add-ons so that one can play with colors.
Picsart is highly regarded as one of the best apps in iOS and Android for photo editing and is Editors choice for many years.
3.Prisma (iOS/Android)
Prisma which was launched two years ago is one of the finest apps for giving artistic looks to your photo. This app has been rated 4.4 with over 50 million downloads.
It uses the internet for its various filters and presets and gives a wide variety of options to its user. It is available on Google Play and App store. If you are recently into editing photos this is a must try app.It won’t disappoint you
4.VSCO (iOS/Android)
VSCO is the app for sophisticated users it is much like a retro camera app with lots and lots of filters. This app has been rated 4.4 stars and has more than 50 million downloads.
It is like a more advanced version of Instagram, it has a community feature that lets you follow other VSCO photographers. You can search for contacts and Facebook friends to follow, but since it’s a relative niche app, you might not know many other users. The only demerit of this app is that it is not completely free you need to pay extra bucks to get the other premium features.

I don’t contain any and so there are no irritating pop-ups. You can freely give your photo artistic looks. Vinci has been rated 4.8 on Google Play Store and it is worth a give a try. Though some of its features are paid most of them are free of cost. It is a must try the app for beginners.
