Mini succulents, aside from some sedums, will not be able to tolerate intense heat or full solar. A lot of mini succulents are from cuttings, so they want some safety from direct daylight. Provide shiny mild but avoid direct solar, particularly intense afternoon sun. It is determined by the surroundings they're in and the care they receive. Typically, they last longer when planted in soil rather than when glued on or placed in sphagnum moss or coir materials.I
