In line with the national government’s mandate and as part of the ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and promote the safety and welfare of all residents in Iligan City, all barangay officials are hereby ordered to clear the roads within their respective areas of jurisdiction of any illegal structures and constructions that obstruct the flow of traffic, compromise public safety, or violate existing laws and regulations.

This directive is a crucial part of the nationwide road clearing operations aimed at reclaiming public roads for their intended use, which include proper transportation, mobility, and pedestrian safety.
